Delivery and Shipping
UK
In the UK we offer 1st & 2nd Class delivery (via Royal Mail) options to our customers. Shipping in the UK (under 1kg) is as follows:
All Orders
· 1st Class Delivery £4.00
· 2nd Class Delivery £3.40
We aim to process and dispatch orders 1-3 working days from orders being placed, not including weekends or bank holidays, but this may vary during busy periods.
DELIVERY TIMES
•We aim to process and ship orders 1-3 working days from the order being received. This may be longer during busy times.
•You will receive an Order Confirmation email when we receive your order, and another email from us when your order has been processed. Your order will be shipped either on the same day or the next working day after you have received your Order Processed email.
•Please check your junk folder if you have not received your confirmation emails, they can sometimes end up there!
•Orders made on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice, though we will not increase the price of goods that have been ordered and are awaiting delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Msa skincare we are passionate about natural beauty so each product has been carefully formulated in small batches for freshness, using the finest, organic ingredients so we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase but due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, however if you believe your product is faulty please fill in the contact form or email us at hello@msaskincare.com within 7 days of the original purchase date and we will be able to look into it for you.
We are unable to accept returns or process refunds due to skin conditions or allergic reactions. Please be sure to always read the full ingredients list, suitability information and directions of use on the product description before placing your order. Responsibility is on the customer to check ingredients for potential allergies prior to purchase.
