MSA Skincare Facial Policy

By booking with us, you are agreeing to the terms of this policy.

Cancellations 

​

Please note our 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a booking fee to cover the cost of reserving the treatment room. We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to maintain a mindful and respectful schedule for all clients.

No shows will be charged the full value of the appointment regardless of whether you have a promotion .

If you have missed 2 previous appointments MSA Skincare has the right to decline your appointment.

 

Reschedules 

 

At MSA Skincare, you may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance, with up to two reschedule opportunities per booking. After two reschedules, any further changes will result in cancellation of the appointment with no refund.

If you do not cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment, a room booking fee will be charged to cover the reserved time.

 

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to supporting your wellness journey with care and respect.

 

Lateness 

 

Please try to arrive on time so we can offer you the full, attentive treatment experience you deserve. Arriving about 5 minutes before your appointment is recommended. If you find yourself running late, kindly reach out to MSA Skincare via WhatsApp or email. (Please understand I may be with another client, but I’ll do my best to accommodate your appointment.

 

If you arrive late for your appointment, this will result in a shortened treatment time and you will still be charged the full price.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment may cancelled depending on the therapists availability.

Please note that our treatments are not suitable for anyone undergoing cancer treatments.

 

Preparation

 

  • Please attend your appointment with out make-up .​

  • Please wear appropriate clothing as you will be required to remove clothing up to your collar bone area to enable the therapist to give you a neck and shoulder massage.

  •  Your therapist will usually cover your hair line with a protective band, too.

  • Please bear in mind that the first 5-8 mins of your appointment will be going through your consultation form.

  • Please note you will not be able to go ahead with your facial if you have not filled out and returned your consultation form at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment.

  • We currently use MSA Skincare products and also Neal's Yard Remedies product range

Please do not attend your treatment if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or any other virus such as the flu in order to protect others.

 

During The Treatment

 

For your safety and peace of mind our treatment space and equipment are sterilised before and after each use.

Your therapist will disinfect their hands during your appointment

​​

As a thank you, you will receive 15% off MSA Skincare products bought on the day of your treatment.
