Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Loyalty Programme (“Programme”) offered by MSA Skincare (“we”, “our”, or “us”) through our website and in-person services.

By enrolling or participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

  • The Programme is open to individuals aged 18 or older with a valid email address.

  • Participants must create a customer account on our website to enroll.

  • Only one account per person is permitted.

 

How To Earn Points 

​

  • Points are awarded for eligible purchases of facials and skincare services/products through our Website or in-person.

  • You may earn 1 points for every £1 spent.

  • Bonus points may be offered during promotions or special events.

  • Points are not awarded for cancelled or refunded transactions.

 

Redeeming Points 

​

  • Points can be redeemed for discounts on future facial treatments or specific rewards listed in the Rewards section of your account.

  • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

  • A minimum point threshold may be required for redemption.

  • Points cannot be used in combination with other promotions unless specified.

 

Points Expiry

​

  • Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned.

  • Expired points will be removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

 

Account Termination and Misuse

 

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe there has been misuse, fraudulent activity, or a violation of these Terms. 

  • Upon termination, all points will be forfeited.

Changes To The Program

 

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • Your data will not be shared or sold to third parties without your consent.
