Getting a good night’s sleep is so important, in fact its just as important as the food you eat and the exercise you do for you general wellbeing and health. When you don’t get enough sleep not only can you be miserable, but it also has a knock-on effect on your whole body including your skin. Here are a few tips to help you get better sleep
Meditation is a great way to calm yourself before sleep and get you in the right frame of mind. Just 5 minutes of meditation before bed each night can really help relax the mind and body and encourage you to drift off to sleep land.
Have a bedtime routine, Think about screen time, try to cut out the electronics at least an hour before bedtime.
